- Extensive experience working across the full project ecosystem — including customers, EPCM partners, engineering teams, suppliers, fabricators, subcontractors, sales and supply chain.
- Strong project governance capability encompassing risk management, change control, gate approvals, contractual milestones, commercial management and executive escalation.
- Practical experience developing delivery processes, project controls and tracking mechanisms to strengthen visibility, accountability and execution.
- Recognised for delivery excellence, leadership and stakeholder management, including Top Performer – Capital Projects (2024) and Performance Excellence Award (2022).
- PMP certified, with a BTech Mechanical Engineering (Cum Laude), Management Development Programme qualification, and formal leadership development through GIBS.
